LCC系列陶瓷泵是在LC浆液循环泵的基础上，根据大型陶瓷泵的技术参数和结构特点，结合陶瓷的工艺和模具的经济性为一体，而开发的适用于大型脱硫塔循环浆液输送的全新一代高效脱硫循环泵。

泵体采用分瓣结构，既保证了安装检修方便，也弥补了泵体由于载荷变化的变形应力，大大提高了设备的可靠性。

耐磨板、口环、压板一体化设计的吸入短管，既减轻了吸入管路的负担，也简化了结构，不仅方便检修，而且延长了使用寿命。

叶轮采用双相不锈钢全骨架结构，外衬碳化硅复合陶瓷，强度高，韧性好。

后护板采用双相钢骨架内衬陶瓷结构，既保证了机械密封的安装精度，同时也提高了后护板的耐磨和耐腐蚀性能。

机械密封和托架组件与LC系列金属脱硫泵完全互换。

多个零件的安装尺寸与金属脱硫泵完全互换。

  The pump casing adopts a divided valve structure, It not only ensures convenient installation and maintenance ，but also makes up for the deformation stress of the pump body due to load changes, which greatly improves the reliability of the equipment.

Anti-wear plate, mouth ring and pressure plate integrated design of suction tube. It not only reduces the burden of the suction tube, but also simplifies the structure. Not only convenient maintenance, and prolong the service life.

Impeller adopts duplex stainless steel frame structure . Lined silicon carbide composite ceramics, high strength, good toughness. 

The rear liner is made of dual-phase steel frame lined with ceramic structure . It not only ensures the installation accuracy of the mechanical seal, but also improves the anti-corrosive and anti-wear of the rear liner.

  Mechanical seal and bracket assembly are fully interchangeable with series LC metal desulfurization pumps.

  The installation dimensions of multiple parts are completely interchangeable with the metal desulfurization pump.
